There was no relief. So I finally and reluctantly made a trip to the doctor.

He took an x-ray and diagnosed me with osteoarthritis. This was a big blow. I'm in my 40s and have been very active and athletic all my life.

I knew a lot of older people suffering from hip pain, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. I've witnessed their struggle first hand ... and knew that the suffering would only get worse.

"Hey, this isn't supposed to happen to me. Not at this age any way!"

I asked my doctor what I could do. He told me that there is no cure, and other than surgery he didn't have an answer.

"Wait, a minute ... you don't know how to help me? I'm in agony here! I can't live the rest of my life like this."

He recommended that I look into alternative remedies, especially glucosamine. And so my research began ...

I'll be sharing the results of my research with everyone on this web site with a special focus on a unique approach to MSM and Glucosamine that I like much more than the store-bought formulas I tried. But it's much more than just that.

Officially, there is no cure for osteoarthritis, si joint pain or hip joint pain.

However, I have found things that have helped me function again, and I'm back to doing an entire HOUR of cardio exercise!
